1. Shipping Options: Time Out X provides delivery within 3 to 7 days across UAE. We offer free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain. No minimum order is required for these Emirates. For Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Hatta, Al Ain, and Fujairah, we offer free delivery on a minimum order of 100 AED.
2. Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping for Northern Emirates, whereas, for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Hatta, Al Ain, and Fujairah, we require a minimum order of 100 AED to provide delivery.
In case you have booked the Time Out X Mobile Retail Store to come to your doorstep and showcase the activewear to you, you are asked to pay a security fee of 50 AED at the time of booking. This amount is discounted from the activewear purchase you make. If you cancel the booking, the security deposit of 50 AED is non-refundable.
3. Free Shipping: We deliver for free only to the Northern Emirates of UAE without any minimum order requirement. To avail free delivery to other emirates, please make a minimum order of 100 AED.
This rule does not apply if you are booking our Activewear Shop on Wheels to come to your house.
4. Payment Options: The payment can be done online via credit card or debit card during Checkout or you can choose to pay Cash On Delivery. Time Out X is always working on improving itself to bring better services and products to its customers in UAE. With time, we plan to introduce different payment channels to enhance the online shopping experience of our customers.
5. Delivery Options: Click and Collect is currently unavailable on all items as we are an Activewear Shop on Wheels that brings the items to you.
6. Delivery Timeframes: The delivery timeframe of your order may vary depending on your location, the availability of slots, and unforeseen reasons like bad weather, lockdown, traffic, or technical glitches in the system.
7. Tracking: A tracking number is assigned to your order during your order placement. You can monitor the progress of your shipment by using this tracking number.
