A - To order online
Select the Product
Select the sportswear you wish to purchase from the different range of categories mentioned on our website.
Add to Cart
The next step in online ordering is to add it to your cart. Typically, you will find a Buy Now button next to the product description or image. Click on this button to add the item to your virtual shopping cart/bag.
Checkout
After clicking the Add to Cart button, you will be redirected to a page where you can review the contents of your cart and choose to continue shopping or proceed to check out to complete your online order.
Delivery Location
Provide your shipping address for our shop on wheels to come to your doorsteps and deliver your order to you. Free delivery without minimum order in Dubai and Northern Emirates only.
Delivery Date
We offer you scheduled delivery. You can select a date and time from a list of available slots to schedule the delivery of your activewear to your doorsteps.
Payment Method
The next step is to pay for the purchase you made. You can choose to pay online by Visa/Credit Card/Debit Card or you can pay Cash on Delivery.

Let us know your location. Free delivery without minimum order in Dubai and Northern Emirates only.

Choose the date and time from the available slots and wait for the confirmation.
Pay Refundable
Pay a security deposit of 50 AED online, which we will discount when you make the final purchase from us during our visit to you. The security deposit is non-refundable if no purchase has been made or in case of cancellation of the booking.
Confirmation Email
Receive a confirmation email or message from the Time Out X team.
TimeOutX At Your Doorstep
TimeOutX will be at your location to showcase the best workout outfits collection to you and your family.
If you wish to cancel the Time Out X Vehicle booking, it has to be done 10 hours in advance. The security deposit of 50 AED made while booking the vehicle, shall not be refundable in case of cancellation of the order. For more details, please read Returns and Exchange.
